Phonetic symbols-VOWELS

Dear Ajarn ka,

I have trouble studying Module 2.I think reading from the book it not clarified enough to understand how to move tongue. For the Vowel Quadrilateral chart I really don't get it.

May I seek your advise if I can come to STOU and spend a few hour to meet up with Ajarn.
