I found that my-first-peer's work is 100 percent plagiarized. He/She copied other's work without any reference. Actually, it is 100 percent that he/she copied it from a website about essays. What should I do? What about effort assessment? The assessment based on effort, not correctness. So how many point should I assess her/him?
