I'm not a member in any team..!

After submitting Practice 2 Task 1, I tried to get on the team discussion board but found the message “You are not a member in any team..! Please ask your instructor to assign your team member.” The due date for the team task is 2 November 2019. Am I too early for the team task or are there some system errors?

If you submitted either Module 4 Task 1 or Module 7 Task 1, you will be grouped for Module 7 Task 4. Please check back which team you are in on October 29.
