        1. The team’s list of examples of what is and is not constructive criticism/feedback [in 1) and 2)] must consist of at least five examples each.

Which 1 and 2 are you referring to?

It’s the one below, only. Am I understood it correctly ?
2. Make a list of examples, using the team members’ response in Task 3, of the      
        1) constructive criticism/feedback
        2) poor criticism/feedback

1) and 2) refer to constructive criticism/feedback and poor criticism/feedback as listed just above. See the ")" for reference (as a way to distinguish the two items from the headings 1 and 2. Your understanding is correct. You can also refer to the Thai version in the coursebook.
