I'm afraid that it's another dead link in this case once again as Khun Pm.Panya has mentioned.

From a little bit of research, I've found that the article "The Application of Blog in English Writing," written by Di Zhang, in Vol 4. No. 1 Mar 2009 of Journal of Cambridge Studies, has been relocated to another server at Cambridge. And those interested learners can now go to the following link:
