Dear Our Administrative Teacher

According to the Assessment Guidelines of Task 2 in Module 5
...
"Part 2 (The completion of the checklist):
1 point = Your pen pal completes the checklist.
0 point = Your pen pal does not complete the checklist."
...
What does "Your pen pal does not complete the checklist" mean?
If they complete all described aspects in the checklist, I must give them 1 point for this part.
But, if they checked some aspects in the checklist, but they did not describe anything about it in their letter, how many point should I assess?

Whatever aspects that are described in the description part (Part 1) must be checked in the checklist (Part 2) too. If your peer only described 3 out of 4 aspects and checklisted these three aspects in the checklist, we still considered that he or she had completed the checklist. This peer will get 1 point in Part 2 but will only get 3 points in Part; the total point he/she will get is 4. In short, the items in the checklist (Part 2) must correspond with the description (Part 1) to be considered as 'complete'.
