ข้อ 8.เลือกอถรรลักษณ์ที่คำว่า to kill และ to assassinate ไม่เหมือนกัน
เฉลยข้อ 5.+ผู้ถูกกระทำเป็นผู้มีชื่อเสียง
ในชอยส์ข้อ 4. +ผู้กระทำมีความตั้งใจ
แต่จากหน้า 7-9 ระบุว่า to kill -ผู้กระทำมีความตั้งใจ

My thoughts here:

With "kill", the action can be intentional or unintentional. That means the entry on page 7-9 for "kill" should really be plus/minus, not just minus. That still makes it different from "murder", which must be intentional (plus only).

Looking at the post-test question, I guess both answers 4 and 5 are correct. However, the distinguishing semantic feature of "assassinate" is really that the victim/object has to be famous, especially in a political context. If we want to distinguish "murder" and "assassinate" semantically, this would be the only difference.

But we are really getting ahead of ourselves now - the semester is just starting!
