อยากถามว่าเราจะแยกอย่างไรว่าผู้พูดเน้นเสียงตามหลักไวยกรณ์ หรือเน้นตามเจตนาของผู้พูดค่ะ ในส่วนของคำที่เป็น content word

However, in my opinion, I would simply say that IT DEPENDS ON THE CONTEXT. How?

If someone says: “I don't think he should get the job.” You may be able to tell which words in the sentence should be stressed; but this ONE SENTENCE can have several meanings when stressed differently.
