เนืองจากยังติดต่อผู้เขียนโมดูลนี้ไม่ได้ ครูขออธิบายไปก่อนว่าทำนองเสียง 1 2 3 ตามที่ผู้เขียนอธิบายในโมดูลนี้น่าจะเป็นทำนองเสียงที่ไล่ไปตามลำดับ สูง กลาง ต่ำ และนำไปใช้ประกอบคำอธิบายทำนองเสียงในประโยคต่างๆ เช่นบอกเล่าหรือคำถาม
สำหรับกิจกรรมที่ให้ทำใน Module 10 เป็นการฝึกให้นศ.สามารถแยกทำนองเสียงระหว่าง tone ของประโยคบอกเล่าและคำถามได้เท่านั้น ไม่มีอะไรซับซ้อนนะค่ะ

To clarify, 1 = low, 2 = mid and 3 = high. So, 2-3 is a rising tone (going from mid to high pitch.) 2-3-1 first rises, then falls (so it would be "rising-falling", get it?)

As I think Aj Narintip mentions, you won't be asked about this in Module 10. You will have to identify rising vs rising-falling intonation only, not all the variations in Module 9. Basically, you will have to tell the difference between statement tone and question tone. It's not difficult for most students.
