hello Kh Narisa,
I assume you mean for suffixes like -tion and -cian (with various spellings) in words like "introduction", "attraction" or "magician". I think you know that in unstressed syllables like these, the vowels in English are usually reduced. But in practice, the degree of reduction (how much it's reduced) can vary according to factors like how carefully or quickly someone is speaking. So, the way it's transcribed can also vary. Personally, I think it's good to have a vowel sound in every syllable (because -tion and similar suffixes definitely form a syllable, even if it's unstressed), so i would prefer to use ʃən. However, the alternative is also possible. Hope that helps!

Dear Teacher Chrish and Teacher Chirasiri,
Thank you for the information. I mean the phonetic symble in the same word as sometimes I found the same words are using a different phonetic symbol (ʃn, ʃən) in each dictionaries such as “introduction” and “communication” ;
• Oxford dictionary: https://www.oxfordlearnersdictionaries. ... troduction
- Introduction /ˌɪntrəˈdʌkʃn/
- Communication /kəˌmjuːnɪˈkeɪʃn/
• Cambridge dictionary : https://dictionary.cambridge.org/dictio ... troduction
- Introduction /ˌɪn.trəˈdʌk.ʃən/
- Communication /kəˌmjuː.nɪˈkeɪ.ʃən/
I wonder that which one is correct or should be used in case that I have to identify its phonetic symbols in word stress. And one more question, which one is more reliable between Oxford dictionary and Cambridge dictionary?
Thank you so much.

Re: ความแตกต่างระหว่าง ʃn และ ʃən
Both are correct! If you choose to analyze the -tion sound as /ʃn/, this is what linguists call a "syllabic consonant". There really should be a little bar under the n, in that case. (Possible syllabic consonants in English are l, r, m and n.) Unfortunately, our textbook doesn't spend much time discussing reduced syllables, which is what -tion is.
