อาจารย์ครับผมไม่เข้าใจ EXERCISE 1: COMPARE/CONTRAST ที่ว่า Thesis คือเราต้องคิดเองจากการอ่านหรือว่า ตอบตามที่วงไว้ในรูปแนบครับ
จากข้อที่ว่า If the thesis does not clearly match the main ideas and supporting details in the rest of the passage, how might this problem be fixed? หมายถึง ถ้า thesis (ที่เราคิดออกมาจากการอ่าน ? ) ไม่ตรงกับใจความสำคัญ กับใจความสนับสนุนในบทความ ให้หาวิธีแก้ ใช่ไหมครับ
ตรงนี้ผมค่อนข้างสับสน ครับว่า Thesis (ที่เราระบุได้จากการอ่านบทความ ? เราไม่ได้ร่างเพื่อเขียนบทความ ) จะไม่สอดคล้องกับใจความสำคัญกับใจความสนับสนุนในบทความได้อย่างไร

The thesis comes from the essay "the advantages of keeping dogs and cats kha." You don't have to come up with anything else outside the essay na kha. However, please make sure you've got the right thesis from the "dogs and cats" essay first na kha.

อาจารย์หมายความว่าต้องอ่านแล้วพิจารณา Thesis ออกมาจากบทความใช่ไหมครับ แล้ว Thesis ไม่ใช่ Main idea ใช่ไหมครับ แต่เป็นจุดประสงค์ใช่ไหมครับ

Khrub! The thesis comes directly from the essay in the compare and contrast section kha. The thesis statement represents the main idea of the whole story. The main idea, on the other hand, is smaller and more specific to each paragraph kha:)

สำหรับคำถาม exercise 1 ที่ว่า
If the thesis does not clearly match the main ideas and supporting details in the rest of the passage, how might this problem be fixed? (Note: This is your educated opinion. There is no right/wrong answer, but you should make your answer coherent and logical.)
ถ้า Thesis สอดคล้องกับ the main ideas, supporting details ต้องตอบไหมครับ หรือว่ามันไม่สอดคล้องอยู่แล้วครับ

สำหรับคำถาม exercise 4 ที่ว่าให้เขียน a compare/contrast paragraph กับ a cause and effect paragraph ให้เขียนทั้งคู่ หรือว่าเลือก อันใดอันหนึ่งครับ
เพราะว่า จาก Module 9: Online Practice 2 Task Instructions บอกว่า Choose to write one compare/contrast paragraph OR one cause and effect paragraph. Write a concise, coherent paragraph with appropriate topic and concluding sentences and relevant supporting details. The application paragraph should be a minimum of 300 words, aim for between 300-500 words.

For Exercise 1, you need to decide by yourself, and I can't really say much na kha since it will NOT be fair enough for the rest of the students kha.

For Exercise 4, please choose ONE type of paragraph to write.
