Asking about my file

Dear instructors,
I went back to see the Peer 1 page in Task 2, Module 11 and I didn't see my replied Email file at all. Possibly I remembered I submitted it because I'd done it on my computer and the rechecked on my tablet by downloading what I submitted. However, if there is no my file, perhaps it is my fault. Could any instructors please assist to examine and let me know?

Already checked. There was no attached file in Task 2 for just Peer 2. Maybe it was because the file was not closed before submitting it.

I saw only my submitted files on Peer 2 and 3 pages in Task 2, Ajarn Jaraswat. Maybe it was what you said or my mistakes. Next time, I will be careful.
