I submitted Task 1 and saw instructor’s feedback, saying see the attachment for Module 3 suggested answer sheet -Aj Lugsamee. So, I downloaded the file named “(9) Mod 3 2018 suggested answer sheet.docx” and found that it had nothing to do with Task 1. What should I do with this file?

The file you saw is the old answer key for what we did last semester kha. The new file should be uploaded in several weeks from now na kha.
