I'm not a member in any team?

I have submitted Module 2 Task 1 and tried to enter team discussion board, but I got this message:
"You are not a member in any team..! Please ask your instructor to assign your team member."
Do I have to submit any team task? If so, what shall I do?

Same as me, I have already submitted Module 2 Task 1 yesterday (Mar28) but cannot join to team discussion board. I got the same message. "You are not a member in any team..! Please ask your instructor to assign your team member."

All students who have submitted their first task have already been assigned to teams.

I'm a member of a team now. The assignment took place a day after submission of individual task. Thanks.
