Hi Kh Krittaya,

The “we” in this message is ambiguous. It could mean the writer and other people in her group, or it could mean the writer and the recipient (plus others). To disambiguate, the writer adds “from this end” to mean the former. “End” here isn’t a synonym with “goal” in this case. It’s informal and means something like “side”. On this side/end, I’m writing the message, and on that side/end, you are reading it. Hope that helps!
