The correct way to submit the tasks

Dear Our Administrative Teacher

I would like to ask some questions.
1. When I submit each task. Do I have to write my name and student's ID number too? Or the system will automatically send my name and ID to teacher with that task?
2. If the colored rectangles below task 2 and 3 are invisible, that means there is no task(2and3), right? And the only thing all students could do for this is just submit only task 1 and 4. Do I understand correctly?

In task 1, please write your name and ID.
In task 4, please write all the group members’ names.

The reasons why tasks 2&3 buttons are not yet visible are that you have
Not been assigned a group or your group members have not yet submitted their tasks.

The reason is that this course does not require tasks 2&3. It requires submission of tasks 1 and 4, and the students are required to evaluate their group members' contribution.
