Unknown Tasks with Due Date

Picture Explanation : The first row from above is this course's calendar, which get along with the second row, tasks from module 3. And the last row in the bottom is unknown tasks in Live Chat window.

Hello. My name is Preedaporn. There are unknown tasks with due date in Live Chat window. What is it? I could not click them to view more information. But do I have to do these task. By the way, these unknown tasks are not in the course's calendar, too.

The time 23.59 is when the system is set to be off for task submission. So, the deadlines for Module 3 tasks 1 and 4 are still on 14th and 18th respectively.

The live chat is going on be on 10th as planned in the course calendar

I am sorry. But that is not what i really wanted to ask.
In the picture, I intend to ask about the unknown task 1 and 4 on the left side of live chat (in two red circles). In course's calendar, there is nothing about these tasks. These tasks also have submission due date on April 8th, and I can not click on them. Opposite to two tasks on top. These tasks' submission due date are the same with course's calendar.

So, I wonder if you could explain me about two unknown tasks in the circles. What are they? Do I have to do them as tasks? Or they are just unnecessary parts, and I have not to consider about it? Thank you.

No there's nothing impolite in your previous messages. Doubts are natural and common, so don't worry.

E-learning has checked and said the 'live' in that part, which is marked 8th, is not on because there's no live chat in between the tasks. 14111 has this kind of thing but this course 14213 doesn't.
