e-Learning Webboard

I want to ask some questions about 14318, so I searched for its forum board. I found it, but it says 'locked'. I can only read posts, but I can't start a post or respond to any posts. First, I thought it's because I didn't enroll for this subject, so I don't have the right to participate in this forum. However, I tried other forum boards of the subjects for which I didn't enroll and found that none of them are locked.

Can somebody please enlighten me how to unlock the Forum Board 14318?

บอร์ดที่คุณ tansy เข้าไปดูนั้นเป็นของภาคเรียนที่ 1/2560 น่ะครับ ซึ่ง locked ไปแล้ว (เราสามารถโพสต์ข้อความได้เฉพาะบอร์ดของเทอมปัจจุบันเท่านั้น) ผมเข้าใจว่าวิชาดังกล่าวไม่เปิดในเทอมนี้ ดังนั้นหากต้องการโพสต์คำถามหรือคำตอบ คงต้องรอบอร์ดใหม่ของเทอม 1/2561 ครับ
